The alert status isn't updated

Description

The alert status field are not updated although new log records are added.

Solution

Check the following:

  • Are there any errors in the log?

The monitors aren't showing in the Lime CRM Web Client

Description

I don't see any meters in the Lime CRM Web Client

Solution

Check the following:

  • Is the user a member of the group Integration Monitor Administrators or Integration Monitor Users?
  • Have you created any Integration Monitors?
  • If yes, are they set to active?
  • Have you configured the Lime CRM Web Client Start Page to show any Integration Monitors?
  • If yes, does the config parameter match the name of the existing Integration Monitors?
